OTIS 5.0
Discipline: Flight Mechanics
This presentation is a top -level (background) overview of the Optimal Trajectories by Implicit Simulation (OTIS) program, version 5. OTIS history, application categories, general problem structure, “boiled down” explanation of implicit integration and solution methods are shown. Finally, application examples, program software operation and external program interfaces are covered.
