ge = Geocentric Earth Coordinate System, a coordinate system used for vehicle positioning relative to the Earth's surface
fe = Flat-Earth Frame, a locally flat Earth assumption
ei (ECI) = Earth Inertial Frame, Earth-centered non-rotating frame fixed to the stars
ECEF = Earth-Centered Earth-Fixed Frame, rotating frame centered at the Earth's CM and fixed to the surface
NED = North-East-Down Frame, a local tangent frame to the Earth at the location of the vehicle/body
LVLH = Local Vertical Local Horizontal, a coordinate system defined by the vehicle's orbit
body = Body Frame, a frame fixed to the vehicle/body
